Terms and Conditions – 77pkr Platform Rules & Player Agreement

By accessing the 77pkr website at 77pkr.ws, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 77pkr. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and 77pkr.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the 77pkr platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. 77pkr recommends that all players review this document periodically.

These Terms apply to all services available on 77pkr, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, card games (Teen Patti, Baccarat, Poker, Andar Bahar), Ludo, and any future features added to the platform.

To register and use 77pkr you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to the individual player.
• You are registering as an individual for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or in any professional capacity as an agent.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 77pkr employee or contractor.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 77pkr platform or had an account suspended for policy violations.

77pkr reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify age, identity, or place of residence at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) 77pkr account only. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same identity or using different names, phone numbers, or payment details – is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all identified accounts.

During registration you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your time as a 77pkr account holder. Notify 77pkr support immediately if any registered detail changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77pkr login credentials (username and password). 77pkr will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. Do not share your password with any third party. Enable any additional security features offered by 77pkr (such as two-factor verification) to protect your account.

All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your 77pkr account credentials are your responsibility regardless of whether you personally authorised each action, unless you have reported unauthorised access to 77pkr support and received a written confirmation of the report being logged.

77pkr accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Additional payment methods may be added from time to time and will be listed on the deposit page within your 77pkr account.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though verification may be required for deposits above certain thresholds. Deposits are credited to your 77pkr wallet in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take up to 4 business hours during normal banking hours. Card transactions are subject to the processing times of the issuing bank.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 77pkr account are from a legitimate source and belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen cards, or any other illegal activity is a criminal act and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 77pkr complies fully with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited and wagered.
• Deposits that have not been wagered may be returned to the original payment method subject to identity verification.
• 77pkr does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• Failed deposits are typically reversed within 24–48 hours to the original payment source.

Withdrawal requests can be made from the 77pkr account dashboard at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a verified account held in the same name as the 77pkr account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. 77pkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, business accounts, or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

Standard processing times after a withdrawal request is approved:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically under 5 minutes.
• NayaPay & SadaPay: Typically under 10 minutes.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT): Same business day for requests submitted before 5PM PKT; next business day for requests after that time.
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

77pkr reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held for up to 48 hours. Players will be notified via their registered contact if documentation is required.

Sports bets placed on 77pkr are subject to the specific rules published on the relevant market page, and to the general conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between market-specific rules and these general Terms, the market-specific rules take precedence.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown in your bet slip after confirmation are final and binding.
• Pre-match bets will be void if the event does not commence within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time, unless 77pkr has specifically stated that the event will be rescheduled and offered the option to retain the bet.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcast streams. Any bet placed on an outcome that has already occurred (knowingly or unknowingly) will be voided and the stake returned.
• Cricket matches abandoned before a result can be determined (including by Duckworth-Lewis) will result in all match winner bets being voided and stakes returned. Period-specific bets (e.g., first innings runs) will be settled based on the actual runs scored up to the point of abandonment if the required minimum of overs have been bowled.
• Maximum winnings per single bet on 77pkr are capped at Rs 500,000 unless prior written approval for a higher limit has been granted by 77pkr management.
• 77pkr reserves the right to limit the stake on any bet without providing a reason. Stake restrictions are typically applied to accounts showing patterns consistent with arbitrage or advantage play that exceeds normal recreational activity.

All 77pkr digital card games and casino games operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that produces statistically independent and uniformly distributed outcomes. The RNG used by 77pkr has been independently tested and certified. The house edge for each game is clearly stated in the game rules page accessible before play begins.

Live dealer games on 77pkr use physical cards dealt by trained dealers on camera. Video feeds and dealing procedures are audited. In the event of a confirmed technical fault (disconnection, stream failure, dealing error), affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 77pkr will not honour bets that cannot be settled with certainty due to a technical issue.

The following general rules apply to all card and casino games on 77pkr:

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed on each table before a game commences. These limits may be changed by 77pkr at any time with reasonable notice.
• Game outcomes are final once a hand is resolved and the result has been displayed on screen. No retrospective amendments will be made except where a demonstrable technical fault affected the outcome.
• Using any software, tool, or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage in RNG games (including but not limited to bots, auto-clickers, or statistical prediction tools applied to RNG sequences) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer card games (such as Teen Patti or Poker) is prohibited. Suspected collusion is actively monitored and will result in suspension of all involved accounts and forfeiture of associated winnings.

77pkr may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, and referral rewards to players. Every offer is subject to specific Terms published alongside that offer. The following general conditions apply to all 77pkr promotional offers unless the offer-specific terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses and free bets are credited in PKR and can only be used on 77pkr. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash directly.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified on the promotional page for each offer.
• 77pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed a promotion and fulfilled requirements at the point of cancellation will retain their earned entitlement.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once is considered bonus abuse and will result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77pkr platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Match fixing or spot fixing: Placing bets on outcomes that you have prior knowledge of through corrupt information, or participating in any attempt to fix a sports result.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources or using 77pkr as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of crime.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documentation; or any other form of fraudulent activity.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, exploiting pricing inefficiencies in a non-recreational manner.
• Bot usage: Using automated software to interact with the 77pkr platform in place of a human player.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players in real-time multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to use your 77pkr account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77pkr staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

77pkr takes its responsibilities regarding problem gambling seriously. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players manage their activity and keep gambling within recreational, affordable limits. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard at any time and can be activated without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps on your 77pkr account. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Daily Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a 24-hour period. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the period resets.

The 77pkr brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the registered property of the 77pkr operating entity. Unauthorised use of the 77pkr name, logo, or branding in any context – including affiliate promotion, social media, or commercial materials – without written authorisation is a trademark violation.

By using the 77pkr platform you agree not to use any scraping, crawling, or automated extraction tools to collect data, odds, or game outputs from the platform in bulk. Individual players may view and save content for personal reference only.

77pkr operates the platform on a best-efforts basis. While we invest significantly in uptime, security, and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The following limitations of liability apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 77pkr is not liable for financial losses resulting from internet outages, device failures, or any other technical issues outside the direct control of 77pkr infrastructure.
• 77pkr is not liable for losses suffered as a result of a player providing incorrect payment details for a withdrawal. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify payment information before submitting a withdrawal request.
• 77pkr's total liability to any individual player in any single calendar month shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in that same calendar month.
• 77pkr is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from platform use.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 77pkr's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

In the event of a system error that results in incorrect odds being displayed or bets being accepted at erroneous prices, 77pkr reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes, regardless of the result. 77pkr is not obligated to honour winnings derived from a manifest error in odds, game logic, or payout calculation.

77pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Confirmed operation of multiple accounts.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a bank or payment provider relating to a 77pkr deposit.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Accounts showing no activity (no login, no transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 77pkr will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 working days. If the investigation concludes with no finding against the account holder, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their 77pkr account (outside of self-exclusion) may do so by contacting support at support@77pkr.ws. Any remaining balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method after a standard identity check, provided the account is in good standing.

77pkr reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77pkr will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Display a notification within the 77pkr account dashboard for a period of not less than 7 days after the update.
• Where the change materially affects existing player rights, send a notification to the registered contact method of active account holders.

Your continued use of the 77pkr platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the 77pkr platform are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 77pkr operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the 77pkr platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication with 77pkr support in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised with 77pkr support, either party may escalate to formal dispute resolution proceedings. 77pkr will provide written acknowledgement of all formal complaints within 5 business days and a full written response within 30 business days of receipt.

Decisions made by 77pkr regarding bet settlement, account status, and policy interpretation are final in all cases where these Terms clearly address the situation. In cases of genuine ambiguity, 77pkr will resolve the ambiguity in favour of the player where possible.
